To provide the Service: processing your images through AI enhancement and critique.
To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions.
To send transactional emails (password resets, welcome emails, subscription receipts).
To improve the Service and fix bugs.

4. How Images Are Processed

Uploaded images are sent to AI processing services (self-hosted models for free tier; Replicate and Anthropic APIs for Pro tier).
Images sent to third-party APIs are subject to those providers' privacy policies.
We do not use your images to train AI models.
Images are stored on our servers until you delete your account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe: For payment processing.
AI service providers: For image processing (Replicate, Anthropic). Only the image data needed for processing is shared.
AWS: For email delivery (SES).

Account data is retained while your account is active.
Uploaded and enhanced images are retained until you delete your account.
Upon account deletion, all personal data and images are permanently deleted within 30 days.
